We’ve been admirers of 8 Wired’s beers for a long time, so it was a pleasure to welcome Soren to Finchampstead. This table saison is designed to be drinkable first and foremost, but with a touch of intrigue and complexity at the same time. We’re delighted with how the French saison yeast, rosemary, thyme and wood all work in harmony.
