Following on from Caribbean Chocolate Ginger Cake last year, we were keen to include a wildcard in this year’s collection, and what could provide a bigger plot twist than a white stout? Taking white chocolate as the inspiration, we began work on a recipe to excite and confuse the senses. Some of the flavour profile in this beer will be familiar, with cacao nibs, husks and Cypress wood working their magic.
