Primal Cut, which started as a smoked porter with coffee and blackcurrant, has been ageing in bourbon barrels and we're thrilled with how the beer has developed. This complex porter’s blackcurrant notes shine through beautifully with deep coffee and chocolate flavours, complemented by a wisp of smoke in the air and distinctive bourbon character.
