A balanced blonde ale full of intrigue and nuance. The beer starts in traditional fashion as we brew with Belgian Candi sugar, ferment with a traditional abbey ale yeast and hop with German varieties. In addition, we've used sea buckthorn for fresh tartness and pink peppercorns with a subtle floral spiciness. Vegan Friendly
