The traditionally known Japanese Kiridashi knife is a multi-function single right bevelled tool. Often sold as a Japanese marking knife, the stiff blade of the Kiridashi truly excels at heavier cuts. It's our go-to everyday carry knife for leather processing in the workshop. At a chunky 5mm and heat treated it will take a beating and keep its edge. To pay homage where the design came from we called this unique EDC knife the 'Kitsune' Kiridashi Knife which is the Japanese word for Fox.
