Wild Deer are in season throughout the year and in some cases are culled when damage is caused to farmland, crops and woods. Naturally a very lean, low-fat meat, they have chosen their own diet and live on fells and in forests in upland areas. Gluten Free! Freshly cut, can be frozen.
