We bought this Moroccan seasoning 15 years ago in the Rungis Wholesale Market in Paris, and as Morocco was a French colony it became obvious that this was the genuine article. Made with natural lamb skins, this sausage is ideal for canapes, soups, stews and casseroles, or just enjoying on their own.
