日本米麦酒 ANTICIPATION Japanese Rice Beer 5.4% We teamed up with the guys from New Zealand brewery Yeastie Boys to create 日本米麦酒, which means Anticipation, a 5.4% Japanese Rice Beer. It's pale straw in colour, has a lemon meringue aroma, light grassy hops, with a very subtle umami character running throughout.
