Milled from a blend of continental and English organic wheats. For this flour, we select organic wheat crops that are rich in protein, which gives the flour excellent baking qualities for a wide range of breads. This flour also works as an excellent base for mixing with wholemeal flours or in flavoured loaves, and forms the basis for Chris's ' Classic White Sourdough ' loaf.
