Neither wholemeal nor white, large pieces of rolled whole wheat and bran give the flour a beautiful flecked appearance. Traditionally used for soda bread, this 85% extraction flour gives a delicious nutty flavour. It is wonderful mixed with organic white flour, and our 5 cereals blend.
