A blend of Canadian and English organic wheat. The diversity of the English countryside means that each delivery of English organic wheat can vary from the last. Our millers carefully choose the blend of Canadian and English organic wheat to make this flour a good all-purpose bakers bread flour. In addition to making delicious wholemeal breads, this flour also adds depth of flavour to lighter loaves, such as Chris's ' Classic White Sourdough '.
