Teff is a type of grass, the tiny seeds of which are ground into flour. A high protein and fibre flour suitable for gluten-free cooking. This flour is milled from whole white teff seed , and produces a lovely flour with a colour similar to oatmeal or pale putty. This ancient has been a staple food for thousands of years making it one of the world's most ancient cultivated crops. Suitable for coeliacs.
