Our organic gluten-free flakes are a versatile ingredient for artisan bakers, bringing natural flavour and texture to a wide range of baked goods. They can be incorporated into bread doughs to add character, improve crumb texture, and create more rustic loaves. Flakes are also excellent as a topping for breads and rolls, giving a pleasant crunch after baking. In sweet baking, we use our organic flakes to make a delicious base for a Buckwheat Chocolate Cheesecake . The flake also add depth and texture to cookies, cakes, and muffins, while also working well in granola, muesli, and energy bars. O
