Shipton Mill gluten-free all-purpose flour is ideal for making sponge cakes, biscuits, and shortcrust pastry for tarts and quiches. You can also use it to thicken sauces and stews. Please note this flour does not include a binder in the blend. Depending on what we’re making, we often use eggs or xanthan gum as a binder. With Gluten-Free baking, the method is as important as the ingredients ratio. Suitable for coeliacs.
