Our biodynamic stoneground wholemeal flour is designed to make a rich wholemeal bread. This is a soft, low protein bread flour, made from pure Biodynamic wheat. Biodynamics is a spiritual-ethical-ecological approach to agriculture, food production and nutrition. Biodynamic farming is one of the most ethical and sustainable forms of agriculture in existence.
