A special edition cask aged blend Jester Rum. This is one of many expressions, aged for 4 years in ex-industry Bourbon and Moscatel Cask. Introducing our second aged rum blend (our first one won a World Rum Award!) For this release we start with our award winning Jester White Rum, which we make from scratch at our distillery in Stratford upon Avon. We have aged this slowly in carefully selected ex-industry Bourbon and Nadalie Tonnellerie Moscatel casks for 4 and a half years.
