Rounton Coffee

£13

This washed lot from Kedamesa village in Ethiopia's Limu region is a lovely example of what makes Ethiopian coffees so distinctive. It has a light, clean body, with a gentle floral quality reminiscent of black tea and a bright citrus edge running through it. Negash Abarago inherited the family farm from his parents and has been working the land here for over a decade. While coffee remains the household's primary livelihood, Negash also grows bananas and avocados for his family's own use, giving the farm a grounded, self-sufficient character that we think comes through in the care of their work

The part other shops don't tell you. Three separate questions, kept separate on purpose, each with its source.
