Gathered from wild blossoms, country gardens, fields and hedgerow flowers - including broad bean and white clover - it captures the subtle delicacy of English flora while offering a luxuriously smooth, spreadable and thick buttery finish. Provided by three Yorkshire beekeepers and foraged from the rich diversity of this large county, it is deliciously sweet and mildly flavoured, with gentle variations as spring and summer flowers change.
