Made to the same recipe since 1989 this classically strong, rich, sharp and full flavoured Seville Orange Marmalade is one of the most popular of all Rosebud Preserves both savoury and sweet. The organic bitter oranges in this powerfully fruity and bold preserve come from the Ave Maria orchard in Mairena del Alcor, Seville, Spain, from which we buy several tonnes each January to create the simplest of recipes. Naturally set with the properties of fresh fruit, unrefined cane sugar and a little lemon juice alone, this marmalade will brighten any breakfast table on the most lacklustre of mornings
