One of our naturally sweet/sharp preserves and set by the properties of fresh fruit alone. A relative newcomer to our catalogue, our Yorkshire Rhubarb and Strawberry Jam is fast becoming one of the most popular of preserves. Made later in the season, we use a sharper rhubarb than the forced variety. This is grown outdoors in the summer months and balanced with the natural sweetness of strawberry, a splash of lemon juice, and the addition of unrefined cane sugar,
