This very special collaboration between Rosebud Preserves and the Somerset Cider Brandy Company combines the freshness of English Conference pears, Bramley apples, unrefined cane sugar and a generous measure of aged cider brandy to create a delightful Pear Brandy Jam. Distilled from vintage apples, grown in traditional Somerset orchards, this is the only cider brandy in EU/UK law to be awarded Protected Geographical Status. Our Pear Brandy Jam is light and fresh with hints of dried fruit from this very special spirit, matured in oak casks. It is one of our gentle but truly distinctive preserve
