A luscious blend of sweet and sour cherries, enriched with the bitter/sweet notes of almond liqueur, makes Rosebud Preserves Cherry Amaretto Jam a very special flavour combination. This deeply fruity preserve is simply made using generous quantities of sweet and sour cherries (93g of cherries per 100g of preserve) a little Bramley apple, fresh lemon juice and unrefined cane sugar; all finished with fragrant bitter almond-flavoured Amaretto liqueur, which pairs beautifully with the rich fruitiness of cherry to make the most popular of our sweet preserves.
