The Robert Sorby Internal Shear Scraper Cutter is a full round cutter set at 45 degrees to shear scrape the inside curves of goblets, egg cups, bowls and boxes. This version has the added wear resistance of a titanium nitride coating. This cutter is also available in high speed steel. Sharpening: Use a diamond file or honing stone around the profile. To gain best results and increase the longevity of the cutter this simple procedure should be done little and often. Sharpening can be achieved with the cutter mounted on the tool.
