The special cutting profile of this new scraper makes it ideal for cutting the parallel side walls of end grain boxes. The small radius on the point at the bottom of the cutting section creates a smooth intersection between the side wall and flat bottomed vessels. The profiles cause this to be very responsive and sensitive in use. GENERAL CARE We recommend applying a light oil to the blades when not in use to keep them in perfect condition.
