Chewllagen is made from the collagen extracted from South American Grass-fed cattle hide. The collagen proteins are broken down through a heating process, so they are smaller and more easily digestible. The collagen is then shaped and baked where is acquires its bread-like texture before being dipped into real beef. Beef Rolls are packed full of collagen, mainly type 1 and type 3. This helps to stimulate cartilage production, cushion joints and reduce joint pain.
