Cask 009 is a Oloroso sherry quarter cask that has been filled with 122L of our new make spirit at 60% abv. The new make spirit has been produced from Marris Otter distilling malt and has been mash, fermented, double pot distilled in direct fired copper pot stills in Somerset, it will be aged and bottle in Somerset. You are purchasing 1 x 70cl of spirit from this cask, the cask was laid down on the 20th April 2023 and will be bottled somewhere between 3-6 years of age and will be bottled at cask strength. The cost of £50 is for the purchase of the spirit only, it will be stored duty suspended

Stated by the company: "After 6 months in the garden shed we up stills and moved to a local farm where we started producing rum, whisky and more recently our own vodka from whisky production waste. We keep this separate from the company badge because a registered office can be an accountant's spare room, and a company can be registered in Britain while everything it does happens somewhere else.
