  Stated by the company: "In October 2000, the Renthal factory was destroyed by a massive fire. What replaced the original factory was a completely new, state of the art manufacturing and design facility. Renthal's 49,000 sq. ft. factory houses a huge and diverse range of production, quality control and R&D machinery and equipment." Source.

  Means people employed here, or premises they actually work from. We keep this separate from the company badge because a registered office can be an accountant's spare room, and a company can be registered in Britain while everything it does happens somewhere else.
