We are thrilled to launch this decaffeinated Guatemalan coffee from Coffee Bird - a family business specialising in quality sourcing and exports. This lot is comprised mostly from Finca San Jeronimo, a 4th generation coffee farm in Atitlán along with El Zapote, Gascon, Santa Irene San Jorge. Together, they are decaffeinated using the Sugarcane process. This method is prized for retaining the the original coffee flavour, and the result is a complex, sweet and accessible coffee.
