Following the devastating 7.4-magnitude earthquake in western Colombia, £1 from each bag of this coffee sold will be donated to World Central Kitchen, supporting its work providing fresh meals and water to displaced families, first responders and communities affected by the disaster. This exceptional lot from Nestor Lasso is a great example of the boundaries being pushed in coffee processing. The light roast profile preserves all the floral notes of this single origin, with sweet vanilla, creamy jasmine and vibrant passion fruit. In the cup, the result is a beautifully delicate pour-over.
