Compressed CO2 canisters, which are suitable for use with Racesafe air jackets. The VeloAir comes with one Racesafe canister on purchase, but for replacements, be sure to use a branded canister, as we cannot account for the efficacy/compatibility of other brands of canisters. Available in 4 sizes to provide effective protection according to the airbag volume. VeloAir uses 30g for YR1 / YR2, 38g for YR3 / A1, 45g for A2 / A3 and 55g for A4 / A4T. Means the business is a British legal entity, not a British-sounding name owned elsewhere. It says nothing about where anything is made.
UK operations
The company describes its own premises: "each product leaving our Northamptonshire factory is defined by those 50 years of experience and development" Self-declared (§3.3), read from the company's site. Source.
Means people employed here, or premises they actually work from. We keep this separate from the company badge because a registered office can be an accountant's spare room, and a company can be registered in Britain while everything it does happens somewhere else. Where we have not looked, we say so rather than assuming.
