This low-profile hybrid combination includes the latest Motion3 body protector, with the corresponding size of the MotionAir air jacket attached. The air jacket is shaped to the lightweight, flexible body protector for hybrid protection without restriction. When attached, the hybrid can be taken on and off as one for convenience. Alternatively, the air jacket can be removed so that the body protector can be worn alone.

Means the business is a British legal entity, not a British-sounding name owned elsewhere. It says nothing about where anything is made.
UK operations
The company describes its own premises: "each product leaving our Northamptonshire factory is defined by those 50 years of experience and development" Self-declared (§3.3), read from the company's site. Source.
Means people employed here, or premises they actually work from. We keep this separate from the company badge because a registered office can be an accountant's spare room, and a company can be registered in Britain while everything it does happens somewhere else. Where we have not looked, we say so rather than assuming.
