The MP6550 from Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) is an H-bridge motor driver IC that can be used for bidirectional control of one brushed DC motor at 1.8 V to 22 V. It can supply up to about 1.7 A continuously and features configurable current sensing and current limiting.
