Quick-frozen unaged grass-fed beef kidney is from grass fed traditional rare breed cattle. The beef carcase and offal are butchered within 3 days of slaughter to and frozen immediately to minimise the development of histamine. Beef kidney is a delicious way to add a rich beef flavour to traditional dishes like stews, kidney pies, or gourmet gravies.
