An all time favourite. Our sharing fillet steak melts in the mouth. Our steaks are hung on the bone for four weeks to produce a tender steak, with a deep flavour. Each sharing fillet steak weighs approximately 450 g and is perfect for two hungry people! Please note: as this grass fed beef fillet is from rare breed Irish Moiled beef and Dexter beef the fillet will contain some fat because fat marbling is a characteristic of these two breeds which are chosen because they are suitable for regenerative farming - i.e. extensive farming which relies on natural grass grazing rather than feeding addit
