Our steaks are cut in 3 weights 200 g 300 g (50% thicker than a 200 g steak cut from the same whole beef fillet) 450 g - The thickest steak and a sharing steak for 2 people Please note: as this grass fed beef fillet is from rare breed Irish Moiled beef and Dexter beef the fillet will contain some fat because fat marbling is a characteristic of these two breeds which are chosen because they are suitable for regenerative farming - i.e. extensive farming which relies on natural grass grazing
