Our scenic background range captures the variety on the British landscape, from industrial cities and docks to small country towns, fields and mountains. The sheets can be assembled in almost any combination, consistent horizon heights and special extension sheets make it easy to accommodate transitions from town to countryside and back again. The choice of sheet size will obviously depend to some degree on the model scale. Bear in mind that perspective only ever makes things appear smaller not larger, so if you are unsure, remember 1 golden rule. A backscene that appears to be a larger scale

Where this comes from

Means the business is a British legal entity, not a British-sounding name owned elsewhere. It says nothing about where anything is made.
UK operations
The company describes its own premises: "From our factory in Beer, Devon, we design, tool and manufacture the track systems, kits and accessories trusted by modellers in every corner of the world." Self-declared (§3.3), read from the company's site. Source.
Means people employed here, or premises they actually work from. We keep this separate from the company badge because a registered office can be an accountant's spare room, and a company can be registered in Britain while everything it does happens somewhere else. Where we have not looked, we say so rather than assuming.
British-owned
Not established. Many companies file a statement rather than naming a controlling shareholder.
Read from the register of people with significant control, following the chain of holding companies. It does not gate anything: a firm can be made here and owned elsewhere, and that is worth telling you rather than hiding.
Where it is made
The maker doesn't say, so neither do we.
