The KX048 is a small versatile OO gauge / 1:76 scale industrial building suitable for industrial scenes, lineside depots yards, sewage works scenes and more. Based on a real life prototype in the waterworks close to our factory in Truro, Cornwall, the building comes with a choice of weathered stretcher bond brick or grey rendered wall (matching the KX094 Stoney's Workshop).
