To create our delicious oak smoked Pulled Pork we only use the finest, locally sourced meat. It s coated in Pappy s Texas BBQ dry rub (family recipe!) before being lovingly slow smoked for between 16 20 hours at our smokehouse. We rest the freshly smoked meat for 4 hours to soak up all the flavour and juices before hand pulling the pork apart to release Pappy s signature smoky flavour and Texan taste!
