We've taken our award-winning Padstow Gin® 'St George's Well' recipe and given it a special Friday boost. Our original Padstow Gin® uses only the finest Padstow barley grown in the fields above St. George's Well on the Camel Estuary, weaved together with an enticing mix of juniper, coriander, citrus, and the stems of alexander, a plant foraged locally from the cliffs beside the barley fields. We usually then bottle at 42% ABV, but for this very limited special edition, we're nudging the alcometer up to 50% (or ‘ Weekend Strength ’ as we like to call it).
