In real life Land Rover Range Rover introduced their 3 rd Generation Range Rover in 2002 and it remained in production until 2012. The 5-door SUV was planned and developed under BMW ownership and was also known as the L322, sharing many BMW high end vehicle components and systems. It came with a petrol engine and was only available as an automatic. It would also have had a 5-speed automatic gearbox, which by 2010 had risen to 8-speed versions in some markets. For its third Oxford outing in 1:76 scale, it is registered DV03 DFU from 2003 and appears in a rich dark blue with black exterior maski
