Pasteurized manchega sheep s milk, salt, preservative: Lysozyme. Non edible rind Manchego is a Spanish sheep s milk cheese. The unique look on the rind is from the zigzag pattern of the grass moulds they use when shaping the cheese. The flavour is fruity , with a hint of hay.
