Pasteurised sheep s milk (70%) goats milk (30%), salt, microbial rennet, starter culture Feta is a creamy white Greek cheese traditionally made from ewes milk or a mixture of ewes and goats milk. It is preserved in brine or oil and has quite a salty flavour. It is a versatile cheese and has many uses within the kitchen and catering.
