Contains Milk Lynher Dairies produce this iconic cheese, the Cornish Yarg. Using their own Ayrshire and other carefully selected herds, they handmake all their cheeses. Wrapping the cheese in nettle leaves in a concentric circle pattern gives the a refreshing light flavour. Yarg has a fresh mushroomy taste with an irresistible crumble in the core.
