A little taste of Greek sunshine, made for a crowd. We first enjoyed olives like these in a small bar on a Greek island. They became one of our original recipes and have remained a favourite ever since. Whole green and Kalamata olives are marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with rosemary, garlic and sun dried tomato. Fragrant, savoury and wonderfully generous, they are just the thing with a cool glass of something. Serve in a large bowl for parties, alongside mezze or with warm bread.
