A simple classic with a deep, clean crunch. Whole almonds are roasted with hot air in our Dorset kiln until crisp and golden, then seasoned with sea salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A touch of sugar rounds everything out without making them noticeably sweet. Serve generously with drinks, add them to an aperitivo spread alongside olives and cheese, or roughly chop them over salads and roasted vegetables.
