Heat with a little more intent. Fiery, full flavoured and deeply savoury, this is the hottest of our Raw Hot sauces. Fermented habanero chillies provide a clean, lingering heat. Preserved lemon brings brightness, a touch of honey softens the edges and Extra Virgin Olive Oil gives the sauce richness and body. Spoon it over grilled chicken, lamb or pork. Brush it onto meat as it comes from the barbecue, stir it through marinades, or add a little to roasted vegetables and slow cooked dishes when they need warmth and depth.
