A bright squeeze of sunshine for the table. We make this fresh, citrusy oil by infusing Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil with lemon. The lemon lifts the oil without overwhelming it, giving a clean, fragrant finish that works in both savoury and sweet dishes. Drizzle it over grilled fish, roast vegetables or a Greek salad. Stir it through couscous, use it in a dressing or mix it with one of our spice blends to make a quick marinade for chicken, fish or vegetables.
