Warm rather than wild, with a gentle heat that lingers. This Chilli Olive Oil is made with 99% Extra Virgin Olive Oil and infused with fruity Aleppo chilli, paprika and a touch of bird’s eye chilli heat. The result is rich and gently smoky, with enough warmth to enliven a dish without overwhelming it. Brush it over lamb chops, chicken or vegetables before they meet the grill. Pour it over roasted aubergines, beans and eggs, or swirl a little through hummus and other dips. It is particularly good with warm bread when you want something simple with a little fire behind it.
