A long upholstered storage box with a soft pleated lid. The Ives, sitting somewhere between buttoned and plain. The Ives differs from the rest of the ottoman range. The lid isn't buttoned and it isn't flat. Instead, it's finished with sewn pleats that create a soft, rolling, cloud-like surface across the full top. The pleating is loose and irregular, more relaxed than the tight diamond buttoning on the Chesterfield Ottoman or Farrow, and softer than the plain flat top on the Bourg or Helsinki.
