This particular soap dates back to the 17th century France, with the same recipe still used today. When dissolved in water and applied to sufficiently alkaline lime surfaces, part of the natural soap changes in to a lime soap. This gives the surface of the wall hydrophobic and dirt resistant properties without limiting permeability. The most important component is Corfu Soap, a pure olive soap produced in a factory on the Greek island of Corfu. Application Shake before opening. Dilute 1 part Polishing Soap with 6 parts water.
